Let the soap suds stay on the area a little longer than you normally would to make sure that the red clay and the infused jewelweed that is made in the soap do their work to draw out the oils of the Poison Ivy or Poison Oak. The essential oil blend of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Certified Organic Ravensara Bark and Rosewood also do their part in helping with treating the infected area and stopping the itch.
Continue to use Jewel of the Rayne several times to help dry out the area and pat dry.
Because of the red clay, this is also a good facial soap to help draw out the oil impurites due to acne and it smells absolutely wonderful!
